Scope of Our Services

Unicorn Solution Services is a private business consultancy that prepares, files, and follows up on registrations, certifications, funding applications, and statutory compliances on behalf of clients.

We act as a facilitator. We do not grant approvals, sanction loans, or issue certificates — those decisions rest solely with the relevant government departments, banks, and certification bodies.

Engagement and Quotations

Every engagement begins with a written quotation setting out the scope of work, our professional fee, and the applicable government fees. Work commences once the quotation is accepted and the agreed advance is received.

Any work falling outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it is undertaken.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and documents. Applications delayed or rejected because of incorrect, incomplete, or late information supplied by you are not our responsibility, and re-filing in such cases may attract additional fees.

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the documents you provide and that they are genuine.

Timelines

Any timeline we publish or quote is an estimate based on typical government processing periods. Actual timelines depend on the relevant authority, portal availability, departmental backlogs, and the completeness of the documentation submitted. We do not guarantee a specific approval date.

Fees and Payment

Our professional fee is separate from statutory government fees. Government fees are paid to the relevant authority on your behalf and are non-refundable once paid.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and business information as confidential and disclose them only to the authorities and partners required to deliver the engaged service, or where compelled by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the professional fee actually paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity.

We are not liable for outcomes determined by government authorities, including rejection of an application or withdrawal of a scheme.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and branding, is the property of Unicorn Solution Services and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
